Thursday, February 27, 2014, 2-3:00 p.m. (ET)

About this session:
Enterprise is currently engaged in multiple efforts to prove the cost savings and other benefits of greening multifamily housing and energy retrofits to drive behavior change and innovation in the multifamily housing market. We have worked with around 50 affordable housing property owners from across the country to perform benchmarking and monitoring using online energy analytics software for 302 projects totaling 809 buildings and 19,110 units of housing. Through our conversations with housing owners across the country, we have identified key themes for data uses around measurement and impact. In this webinar, you will learn through various case studies 1) how benchmarking can lead to greater organizational and individual behavior change; 2) how to diagnose your portfolio; 3) how to use data to make the case to investors and lenders; and 4) how to obtain measurable energy and water savings outcomes.
